The day started well, set off at 7am from North Stoke but unfortunately we were leaving the good weather behind, also a Common Scoter (female) found at Westport Lake (go figure, you can't leave home for five mins !)arrived in Norfolk around 10.30 am, with the weather getting worse by the second, with what seemed like tons of alerts coming through from Bird Guides via mobile phone, with all the species being blown our way, just hope weather improves to be able to record some of them.
Oh well tomorrow is another day!!! Dearly Beloved has already spent the afternoon wetting my apetite with a five hour tour of all the Harbours along the coast, that should produce some good photo's given the wind and rain receding, will keep you posted on progress...blast must go that's another message from Bird Guides coming through!!
