Bempton Sunrise .

The B&B we stayed at in Bempton is only a stones throw from the Cliff's with every room having great Valux windows and Sunday morning dawned with a great Sunrise, which rose above the Cliff's and was easily got by just opening up the window.

Bempton Cliff's!!

Week-end spent at Bempton meant an early start on Saturday but it was worth it, met good friend Di Stone in the car park at 6.25 am and we were out on the Cliff's by 6.45 am, weather was Dry, Warm but a little Cloudy, we were joined by a local friend of Di's and we stayed till 1pm when it was time to go and book into our local B & B in the village, after dropping of the bags we were back on the Cliff's by 2pm stayed till 4.30pm when our hunger got the better of us and we went along to the White Horse for a meal, while there the sun finally came out and the weather was glorious but we were too Knackered to venture back to the Cliff's and decided to call it a day and wait till Sunday morning. Just a few scenic shots here as have over 2,000 shots to go through, you can see one of the vantage points we found ourselves with my camera showing where I was perched, this spot is now named Puffin Ledge and at one point all three of us were sprawled full length side by side which must have looked quite comical to passers by. But has made for some great shots, certainly the best Puffin shots I have so far, although only every been once before four years ago. Sunday morning and we woke to magnificent weather and having booked our breakfast for 7am we were again on the cliff's by 7.40am I stayed until 10.30am and started back, was home by 1.30pm Di stuck it longer than I and she arrived home by about 5pm.
